Shipping - We put a lot of care and effort into the making of our products, and we want them to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us and we will fix it right away.

 

Processing times - We post processing times when we post the Online Sales. Orders then ship Priority Mail, 1-3 days. Once we ship your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.

 

Undeliverable packages - If an order is returned to us as "undeliverable", we will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges.

 

Returns - We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your wares for unused and undamaged products. Please note that this is only for the price of the product and not for the cost of shipping - please contact us to initiate a return.

We cannot offer refunds for custom products, but we will certainly work with you if there is any problem.
